Intellectuele eigendomsrechten
Alle (intellectuele) eigendomsrechten, waaronder auteurs-, merk- en databankrechten op de inhoud en vormgeving van de Digitale Diensten, inclusief de onderliggende software, berusten uitsluitend en exclusief bij New Media Corporation B.V. en/of haar licentiegevers. Het recht om een Digitale Dienst te gebruiken, impliceert niet de overdracht, licentie of ander (gebruiks-)recht ten aanzien van de genoemde intellectuele eigendomsrechten door NewMedia Corporation B.V. aan de gebruiker. Zonder toestemming van New Media Corporation B.V. is het niet toegestaan om (delen van) de Digitale Diensten te kopiëren, elders in te laden of de (handels-) merken van New Media Corporation B.V. te gebruiken.
Door het insturen, plaatsen of uploaden van enige Bijdrage, verstrekt de Contributeur NewMedia Corporation B.V. met betrekking tot deze Bijdrage een niet herroepbare, kosteloze, wereldwijde, eeuwigdurende, sublicentieerbare en overdraagbare licentie voor het gebruik van de Bijdrage in alle huidige en toekomstige media en via alle huidige en toekomstige distributiekanalen. De Contributeur doet hierbij tegenover New Media Corporation B.V. voor zover wettelijk mogelijk afstand van alle eventuele aan de Contributeur toekomende persoonlijkheidsrechten. Door het in licentie geven van een Bijdrage, is New Media Corporation B.V. bevoegd de Bijdrage wereldwijdte gebruiken en onbeperkt te (laten) exploiteren via welke media, op welke wijze en in welke vorm dan ook, waaronder via radio- en televisieprogramma’s, livestreams, social media en websites.
De onderstaande Engelse vertaling dient voor uw gemak; de originele Nederlandstalige versie (bovenstaand) is leidend en de Nederlandse wetgeving is van kracht.

Intellectual Property rights
All (intellectual) ownership rights, including author-, brand- and database rights with regard to the content and appearance of Digital Services, including the underlying software, reside only and exclusively with New Media Corporation B.V. and/or her licensers. The right to use a Digital Service, does not imply the transfer, licensing or any other (usage) right with regard to said intellectual property rights by New Media Corporation B.V. to the user. Without permission of New Media Corporation B.V. it is not allowed to copy, or load in another location (parts of) Digital Services, or to use the (trade-) marks of New Media Corporation B.V.
By submitting, posting or uploading any Contribution, the Contributor provides to New Media Corporation B.V. with regard to this Contribution an irrevocable, free-of-charge, worldwide, perpetual, sub-licensable and transferrable license for the use of the Contribution in all present and future media and via all present and future distribution channels. The Contributor yields to New Media Corporation B.V., to the maximum extent possible under the law, all potential personality-related rights that may be of relevance. Though the Contributor’s licensing of their Contribution, New Media Corporation B.V. is authorized to use or enable the use of the Contribution for worldwide and unlimited exploitation in any way, in any form and via any media and channel, including radio- and television programs, livestreams, social media and websites.
